The felted wool covering these soaps is naturally antimicrobial and antibacterial, making felted soaps a much more hygienic option than loofahs. The wool also helps the soap last longer, produces a soft and foaming lather, and provides gentle exfoliation to your skin. As you use the soap, the wool continues to shrink around the soap, eventually leaving you with a piece of wool that you can use for even further cleaning if you'd like! To ensure the soap dries out in between uses, simply squeeze the excess water out of the felted soap and set it in a dry spot after each use.
Felted soap is perfect for kids, too! Easy for their little hands to hold on to and gentle on their skin.
We hand make and hand felt each soap ourselves, using a variety of different colors of wool (as shown in the photos). However, if you'd like your wool to include a specific color scheme, please let me know and I'd love to help customize your order.
